Il Prigioniero, a man in complete solitude faces the last hope of freedom. This is a contemporary stage direction to soak in the human mind in an obsessive circle without beginning or end.

Erwartung and Il Prigioniero. This is a possible dialogue between Arnold Schoenberg, the creator of twelve-tone music, and his first Italian disciple, Luigi Dallapiccola, trough two short pieces joined in one program.
